Scope
The purpose of these Specific Terms is to regulate the use of the "Samy for Brands" service which is accessible via the Website (hereafter, the Service).
Extent
The use of the Service requires:
- being client of SamyRoad and have executed the relevant agreement;
- being provider of SamyRoad, have execute the relevant agreement and connect his/her Instagram account with the platform, by means of using the connection process provided to this end.
(hereinafter, individually, the User).
Upon request, the User will be provided with the credentials, with which the User´s authorized users, under its control and responsibility, will be able to access the Service and visualize the results and statistics of its campaigns. Once the contractual relationship with SamyRoad is ended, the access to the Service may be terminated.
Service usage rules
The User shall use the Service, according to the following rules, and assuming any responsibility arising out of their infringement.
- Access to the Service: The User shall not access the Service by means of using an interface other than the one provided by SamyRoad and keep the confidentiality of the credentials.
- Use of the Service: The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Service will be exclusively carried out for own and internal purposes of the User. The User agrees to properly use the Service and to not use it for illegal or unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to the good faith or the public order. The User assumes the obligation and responsibility to fulfill and enforce its users, the terms of these Specific Terms. The User is banned from the following actions: (i) sell, resell, license, sub-license, rent, lease or distribute the Service, include it as a service or as an outsourcing offer or allow unauthorized third parties to use the Service; (ii) copy or reproduce any portion, feature, function or user interface of the Service; (iii) hinder or disturb the integrity or performance of the Service; (iv) use the Service to store or process information of an illegal nature and/or that violates the rights of third parties; (v) use the Service to interfere or damage the system or environment of SamyRoad and/or a third party; (vi) access and use the Service to create a competitive product or service; (vii) carry out reverse engineering acts; or (viii) use or apply any technical, software or technology resources whereby non-authorized users can benefit, directly or indirectly, with or without profit, from the unauthorized exploitation of the Service.
SamyRoad reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, the use of the Service in the event of unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use, of the Service itself, either by infringement of these Specific Terms or for other reasons.
